1. PERMISSIONS(what you can do)

Commercial & Personal Use: You are free to use these assets in any personal, indie, commercial video games, interactive media, animations, or software projects.
Unlimited & Royalty-Free: You may use these assets in an unlimited number of games or projects without any additional fees, recurring payments, or royalties.
Modification: You are 100% permitted to modify, alter, recolor, rig, animate, or optimize the assets to suit your game's artistic vision.
Distribution: You may freely distribute the assets when embedded inside compiled executable builds of your finished games or applications (e.g. Steam, Itch, Google Play, App Store, consoles).
Attribution: Crediting AssetHunts in your game credits is not strictly mandatory, but is greatly appreciated!

2. RESTRICTIONS(what you cannot do)

Resale & Direct Redistribution: You CANNOT resell, re-license, sub-license, bundle, or redistribute the raw source files (original or modified) on any asset marketplace, forum, Discord server, or public repo.
Standalone Claim: You CANNOT claim raw source models, textures, or audio from AssetHunts as your own original creations.
Open Source Repositories: If your game code is hosted publicly (e.g. GitHub), ensure raw asset packs are placed in ignored directories or excluded from public distribution.
NFT & Web3: You CANNOT use, mint, or sell these assets in any NFT or blockchain crypto token project without explicit prior written authorization.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

These assets are provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. AssetHunts shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the integration or use of these assets in your software.
